Terms & Conditions — jaey9 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

By accessing the jaey9 website at jaey9.io, by creating a player account, by making a deposit, by placing a bet, or by playing any game made available through the jaey9 platform, you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the jaey9 Privacy Policy and any additional rules or terms applicable to specific promotions, games, or product categories.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding contract between you and jaey9 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the jaey9 platform and close your account. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and the original deposit amount may be refunded at the sole discretion of jaey9 after administrative review.

Geographic Eligibility

The jaey9 platform is made available to players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. jaey9 makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are lawful in, or appropriate for use in, any jurisdiction other than those where the platform is explicitly offered.

Mental Capacity

You must be of sound mind and not acting under duress when creating an account, making deposits, or placing bets. jaey9 reserves the right to refuse service to any person whose use of the platform appears to be compulsive, disordered, or otherwise concerning, and to refer that person to responsible gaming resources.

No Self-Exclusion

You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jaey9 or by any other gambling operator, at the time of registration or at any time during which you wish to use the platform. If you have previously requested self-exclusion and subsequently attempt to open a new account, jaey9 reserves the right to close that account and return any deposits made.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and email address. One Account Rule

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one jaey9 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or assumed identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jaey9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances across those accounts, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jaey9 reserves the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse; (c) the account is under investigation; (d) active responsible gaming restrictions are in place; or (e) the withdrawal would violate applicable laws or regulations. In such cases, the player will be notified and provided with guidance on the next steps required to proceed.

The following general rules apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• All bonus offers are subject to individual wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. • Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting software errors, or using automated betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus offers — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

The following rules govern all sports betting activity conducted through the jaey9 platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets made available from time to time.

Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation from the jaey9 platform. Bets submitted but not confirmed — for example, due to a connection interruption between submission and confirmation — are not valid. jaey9 reserves the right to refuse any bet, or any part of a bet, at its sole discretion, including where the stake exceeds applicable limits, where there is evidence of technical error in the displayed odds, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.

Live In-Play Betting

In-play markets on jaey9 update in real time during matches. Odds displayed during live betting are subject to rapid change. jaey9 is not liable for delays in odds updates caused by network latency, device performance, or broadcast signal lag. In the event of a clear and manifest error in odds — for example, decimal odds of 100.00 applied to a near-certain outcome — jaey9 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds.

Voided Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned where: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned before the result-determining criterion is met; (b) the bet was placed on an outcome that is determined to have been the subject of a palpable error; (c) the relevant sporting body officially reverses or annuls the result; or (d) an integrity investigation renders the event result void. Void bets are excluded from wagering requirement calculations.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. jaey9 reserves the right to impose individual account-level betting limits where unusual betting patterns are identified. Players will be notified of any account-specific limits applied to their account.

The following rules apply to all casino games available on the jaey9 platform, including but not limited to slots, live casino table games, crash games, and other RNG-based games.

Random Number Generation

Technical Disruptions

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jaey9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or losses resulting from service interruptions, technical faults, or unauthorised account access not attributable to jaey9's own negligence.

jaey9's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their jaey9 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jaey9 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jaey9 shall have no liability for any service downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond jaey9's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, civil unrest, or actions of government bodies.

jaey9 collects, processes, and stores personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a jaey9 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Personal data provided to jaey9 is used for account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. jaey9 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

jaey9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

jaey9 may suspend or permanently close a player account immediately and without prior notice where: (a) a material breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; (c) the player is found to be ineligible under the eligibility requirements of Section 2; or (d) jaey9 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction. Where an account is closed by jaey9 for breach of these terms, jaey9 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation and, where the breach is confirmed, to forfeit that balance.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the use of the jaey9 platform, shall first be submitted to jaey9's internal dispute resolution process. jaey9 aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of formal receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties agree to pursue resolution through a mutually agreed mediation process before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
